We encourage all of our employees to work to the highest standards and empower all them to work remotely from home meaning we do not need an expensive office or need to sit in rush hour traffic in the morning to get to work which reduces the number of cars on the road and ultimately reduces our carbon footprint while being friendlier to the environment, it also helps to keeps our fees low with lower overheads.
We are happy to arrange an appointment to visit you in the comfort of your own home or at work. We find that this is often better for our customers who will have all of the information they need to hand and don’t have to worry about travelling and parking.
Don’t worry though, if you would prefer to meet us at the office we can arrange for a meeting room at the office where there is disabled parking close to the front door and easy access to the meeting rooms.
In order to make a will or Lasting Power of Attorney documents, your consultant will need to take personal information from you that allows us to provide advice and draft the documents you’ve requested.
We take the way we store your data seriously. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and act in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
