We encourage all of our employees to work to the highest standards and empower all them to work remotely from home meaning we do not need an expensive office or need to sit in rush hour traffic in the morning to get to work which reduces the number of cars on the road and ultimately reduces our carbon footprint while being friendlier to the environment, it also helps to keeps our fees low with lower overheads.

We are happy to arrange an appointment to visit you in the comfort of your own home or at work. We find that this is often better for our customers who will have all of the information they need to hand and don’t have to worry about travelling and parking.

Don’t worry though, if you would prefer to meet us at the office we can arrange for a meeting room at the office where there is disabled parking close to the front door and easy access to the meeting rooms.

We take your personal information seriously

In order to make a will or Lasting Power of Attorney documents, your consultant will need to take personal information from you that allows us to provide advice and draft the documents you’ve requested.

We take the way we store your data seriously. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and act in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

We guarantee that we will take the time to understand what you want and then provide good honest and clear advice on how to achieve it, we will even document our advice in a written report.

We have over twenty years’ experience from within the financial and legal service sector providing good quality advice along with excellent customer service to all of our customers.

    We will always be upfront with our customers and follow a strict code of conduct to ensure everyone knows what to expect with no surprises at any point.
  2. Competency;
    All our advisers are trained and competent to provide advice in connection our estate planning services
  3. Protection; As an added level of protection the business, all our consultants advice and legal documents are covered by professional indemnity insurance for customer protection in case of errors or omissions and negligence.
  4. Process; Our process normally involves a two meetings:-

    1. A first meeting to provide, and explain, the company’s terms of business and to discuss and take customers instructions. This meeting is free and without obligation.

    2. A draft version of the legal documents will be provided to the customer for checking and approval, this can sent by email or post

    3. A second meeting will be arranged to provide the final legally bound documents and to fully explain and answer any questions the customers may have. Your advisor will also oversee the signing of the legal documents in front of your witnesses to ensure the documents are legally signed and witnessed correctly.
  5. Time; We will always take our time with customers and will never rush or force anyone to make any decisions or take any action that they do not understand and are not comfortable with.
  6. Vulnerability; We operate a vulnerable person process and where we identify that someone may be vulnerable, we may ask for a trusted friend, doctor or family member to attend meetings.
  7. Prices; Our prices are fixed. Customers will always know upfront what the costs of any work involved will be. We promise there will never be any surprise costs.
  8. Client Money; Any money we hold on behalf of our customers prior to them receiving the services paid for will be held in a client money account, this ensures that the money is protected until the service is provided.
  9. Complaints; Hopefully we will not get any complaints, but just in case we have a full internal and external complaints process.

Managing a business is always difficult with so many responsibilities and things to consider, whilst we aim to build a strong, reliable and profitable business to ensure that the business will be around to look after our customers for years to come, we will always put our customers best interest above our own.
